What we do

Bachelor of Technology in Electrical System  Maintenance with Honours

Technology is the integration of techniques, skills, methods, and processes applied in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation. Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, and the like, or it can be embedded in machines to allow for operation without detailed knowledge of their workings

To align with national aspiration in producing highly skilled professional in various technological fields as well as to provide equivalent professional academic route development for diploma vocational and skilled based diploma students, thus these technology programs were initiated.

  • Programme Overview

Bachelor Technology program structure mainly focused on the job competency tailored to the specific technology areas together with the emphasis on the entrepreneurship element, it was designed with the solid support from related industries. This degree program provides an understanding of the installation, operation, monitoring, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the electrical system that were operated in many areas including utilities, services, building, transportation, plants, machineries as well as in the manufacturing industries.

The graduates from this programme are expected to have the abilities of problem identification and propose the solution, come out with proof of concept, perform testing procedures, carry out verification and calibration as well as to plan maintenance schedule effectively
